Guys… my room smells so bad…

like I can barely breathe… 

my roommate’s feet/shoes/dirty clothes… I am dying. 

AND I brought it up to her and she was like… “well I don’t think that’s me..”

I’m like “FUQ YOU BITCH I SMELL LIKE ROSES AND HAPPINESS”

 

but in all seriousness.. I need a new air freshener…

Alarm set?
Fitting in a quick workout in the morning can make a huge difference for your fitness. Studies show even 15 minutes of light activity in the morning sets the pace for a more active & productive day.
Note: ONE change often means several. You can”t expect to workout in the morning unless you’re also going to bed earlier. You may also want to tweak your routine somewhat: laying out your workout clothes, prepping breakfast ahead of time, having a game plan BEFORE you go to bed etc.
Nifty idea? What about a fitness alarm clock? This Dumbbell Alarm Clock  makes you do 30 reps before the alarm will turn off. Not everyone’s idea of a fab ‘wake-up’ call, but it certainly gets the job done. By the time you hit 30 reps, your body is already WELL on its way to ‘AWAKE’.

omg i tried on this crop top. and it looked awful because i’m too fat for it :p

Randomly came across this and recognized it as a crop that I have. So, I thought I’d share a fat chick in this crop top with you all. Because, quite frankly, I know it looks really good on both this body, and mine.

I can’t wear crop tops. My excess skin… it doesn’t work.

my muffin top prevents me from wearing crop tops comfortably.. unless I’m in high wasted pants/shorts.
